FireCalcPro Pty Ltd ("FireCalc Pro", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account information: email address, first and last name, job title, licence number (optional), phone number (optional).
Company information: company name, ABN, state, email domain.
Usage data: projects created, calculations run, features used, login timestamps.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, cookies and session tokens.
Payment data: billing information is processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide, operate, and improve the FireCalc Pro platform.
To authenticate you and manage your account and subscription.
To send transactional emails (OTP codes, payment receipts, subscription notices).
To send product updates and notices (you may opt out at any time).
To comply with legal obligations.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use session cookies (httpOnly, Secure) to authenticate your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

5. Third-Party Services

Stripe: payment processing. Subject to Stripe's own privacy policy.
Supabase: database hosting on AWS infrastructure in ap-southeast-2 (Sydney).
Upstash Redis: session caching.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Sydney (AWS ap-southeast-2). We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Session tokens are hashed (SHA-256) before storage.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Your Rights
