What happens after the 14-day free trial?
Your trial automatically expires — we never charge your card without action. At the end of the trial, you can choose a plan or let the account lapse. No credit card is required to start.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Is billing in Australian dollars?
Yes. All prices are in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST where applicable. Invoices are issued by FireCalcPro Pty Ltd, an Australian company.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Annual plans can also be paid by bank transfer on request.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is available at a 20% discount compared to monthly pricing. Contact us or switch in your billing settings.
What is included in the Enterprise plan?
Enterprise plans include custom node allowances, SSO and domain enforcement, a dedicated account manager, API access, and SLA-backed support. Contact enterprise@firecalcpro.com.au for a quote.
Is there a discount for small firms or sole practitioners?
The Solo plan at $39/month AUD is specifically designed for independent fire protection consultants. If you have specific budget requirements, contact us.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
